Our T-Shirts & Our Purpose

Reflecting isn't always easy. We get that. The path towards self acceptance can be long and difficult, but having support along the way can make all the difference. Our t-shirts provide you comfort in the moment you need it. Had a tough day? "Serenity" might be your jam.  Too much chaos? "Peace" might be what you need.  Sitting in overwhelm? Perhaps a moment to "Breathe" would be helpful. 

Our founder is a leadership coach. And she loves neuroscience! Did you know that there is actually a mind-body connection that links our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors? The more you connect to the right thoughts, and reflect on how you want to show up in the world, the better you start to feel and the easier it is to make that vibe a reality.

the quality or state of being strong : capacity for exertion or endurance.

 

Strength shows up in a variety of ways.  Physically, of course, but mentally is a whole different ball game. Resilience is key and what many of us strive for. It's ok to have bad days, we all do. But it's not ok to stay there. Connecting to your own strength has emPOWERment benefits. Look in the mirror, you'll see.

freedom from disturbance; tranquility.

"you can while away an hour or two in peace and seclusion"

 

Ahh, the joys of silence. How often have you been able to find a moment of peace?  What does a peaceful day look like? Sound like? Raise that peace vibe and notice the ripple effect it has on those around you as well.

Let that sh** go

to relinquish one's grip on someone or something that no longer serves them. 

 

Ahhhh... Let that sh** go has such a nice ring to it, doesn't it? If you feel weighed down, release those negative thoughts and those old stories and focus on what you know is true. It will be ok. And, you, my friend, are a total rock star. Remember that and watch your vibration rise.

breathe

take air into the lungs and then expel it, especially as a regular physiological process.

 

Live this moment. Feel your breath, be here now. There are a lot of things in life you can't control. And yet, you can control your breath. Before you help others, make sure you get what you need and put your oxygen mask on first.

Fierce feelings or actions are very intense or enthusiastic, or involve great activity. "She inspires fierce loyalty in her friends."

When you look in the mirror, do you see a small kitten or a ferocious lion? Reflect on where you need to step into your own fierce-ness.
